So, I decided why not, let's shuck some corn.
The girls enjoyed peeling the layers off the cob.
My grandmothers would be proud of me for teaching the girls how to shuck corn. I remember helping my grandmothers and my mom shuck corn. My mom used to make delicious homemade cream corn - yummy!
I am thrilled to be able to share some of these little life experiences with the girls. I am hoping they will pass down some of these traditions to their children.
