I can hardly believe my little baby turned TWO today! We started off the day celebrating Hannah's birthday at the car wash!!! Fun!!! Too bad you can't hear my voice inflection when you read this. We were heading to the beach this coming weekend, so I had to take care of a few pertinent details before we left town, like an oil change!!!
The real fun started when we visited a local ice cream shop called, "
Cup Cakes Etc." in Loganville owned by a sweet lady in our church family.
We satisfied our sweet spot with homemade cupcakes and Mayfield ice cream! DELISH!!! I even forgot to bring 2 candles for Hannah, so Nancy (the owner) had a candle in the back she let us use for the special occasion.
Look at that precious little JOY!!!! Thank you Mrs. Nancy for helping make this a super special day for Hannah Joy!!!
Grammy, Grandpa, and Aunt Leslie came over for a small Farley family Care Bear birthday party! The girls decided Grandpa's hair needed a "do". They had a blast playing beauty shop with him. He was such a good sport about it too.
Hannah opened her gifts, and this year she knew exactly how to unwrap her own presents, which Sarah wasn't happy about. Last year, Sissy opened Hannah's presents for her - not gonna happen anymore!!!
Hannah loved her travel aqua-doodle mat from Grammy and Grandpa.
Here it is - my super simple Care Bear cake! This was about as easy as it gets for a cake. Sarah and I had fun making it for Hannah.
Hannah knew exactly what to do with those flaming candles! One blow and they were out!
